Mobile phone with interesting applications for sailing in kayak

And as they still continue (unfortunately) the days when I can not go out and enjoy this sport that I like so much, I have no choice but to continue imagining accessories in which to entertain myself to continue “sailing in dry land”, So seeing The possibilities that offer us the current mobile phones, I came across a terminal in which to install a GPS with complete navigation system, Plotter, Camera, Lunar and tide tables in the same device

The first step was to find a mobile terminal with Android that was strong enough for blows, and even submersible, and that did not shoot for price, “Voila”, after scrutinizing the network I decided on the Motorola Defy +

Another economic option is to provide your terminal with a waterproof case that will give you the same effect,
Or combine the two elements and wear it as I wear it with a wristband that is a forearm wristband.

The improved version of the Motorola Defy comes with more power and better resolution.
The new Motorola Defy + features Android 2.3 (Gingerbread). The power of your processor gets 1 GHz speed and its battery 7.1 hours of calls. 512 MB of RAM and 2 GB of internal memory. And if you still want more, you can expand it thanks to its microSD card.

In addition we can use it without SIM card, turning on the terminal and activating only the GPS. Like its younger brother, thanks to the certificate Defy +, this terminal is water resistant for half an hour and reaches up to 1 meter deep. In addition, its airtight housing, prevents the dust from entering inside.

5-megapixel camera and 3.7-inch display.

As for the applications that have installed this device are the following, which I summarize in this video I recorded, unfortunately I recorded with another mobile and sometimes does not focus well but serves to get the idea.
